A Testimony of God's Work in Africa

God gave Abdul and his family (African nationals) a burden for an island off the coast of Africa, home to 350,000 unreached Muslims. Abdul’s family sold all they owned and moved there to work and share about God’s love and salvation through Jesus. Though admired for their dedication, there were few opportunities to witness. Still, they stayed on the island and continued to pray. When Abdul’s wife became ill, they still stayed and prayed. Then, Abdul’s wife died. Still, Abdul did not throw down the burden God had given him to reach these lost Muslims. Instead, he lifted the cross even higher, exalting Jesus Christ as he did.

Thank God for people like Abdul who forsake self to serve wholly surrendered lives before God. To date, 6 to 8 people regularly worship in Abdul’s home.
