Description

Supervise the HR department's personnel programs; develop, implement, and coordinate a program for evaluating staff performances; develop, implement, and coordinate orientation and continuing education programs; develop policies and procedures; review, research, communicate, and recommend changes to benefit policies; assist and advise in employment, placement, and transfer of OMS personnel.

Requirements

University program certificate, college degree, or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style; ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
