Assess the needs of training, training trainers and in coordination with ECC and in-country leadership developing and delivering appropriate, contextualized training to enhance the prayer, evangelistic, discipleship, leadership training and church multiplication ministries of ECC.

Requirements

Sound Biblical Doctrine; preferred 5-7 years related experience and knowledge equivalent to a complete college/university education; knowledge of evangelism and church multiplication procedures and practices as well as interactive adult education theory and practice. Must be able to communicate well with and influence ECCIT, donors, donor organizations as well as cross culturally with the ECC worldwide ministry partners.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures with domestic and international ministry partners; review monthly financial reports and make needed recommendations to ECC International Director; plan and coordinate the ECC budgeting process each year
